How to Save Email Blocks to Transfer to other Email Templates

ONE has thousands of professionally designed email templates that you can choose from, that are also fully customizable! Sometimes, you may find that you have spent a lot of time customizing the email template to your brand and you want to be able to re-use certain elements of your new custom theme across our platform.

Our Email Template editor has the ability for you to save blocks of your emails to be used later! Check out below for how!

1. Saving a Custom Block

In order to save a custom block, all you need to do is click the save icon on the specific email container that you want.

2. Naming the Saved Block

You will then be prompted to provide a few details for naming the block, so you can find it later. You can choose to put it in a specific category, and then also give the saved block several tags so you can find them later.

3. Accessing Saved Blocks

Once you have saved the block, you will be able to access it from any email that you create on your ONE account. See below for where you can access it.

4. Using Saved Blocks

Once you have found the saved block that you want to use, all you need to do is simply drag it into the position of the email where you want it.




Pro Tip: You can move ALL of your individual content blocks into one big container, and then save the entire container as one object instead of saving multiple objects
